Job description

Sr. Stock Administrator

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Senior Stock Administrator to assist with the day-to-day stock administration related activities globally. The Senior Stock Administrator will be a key liaison between Payroll, HR and Legal. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes the opportunity to make a difference in a growing, fast-paced organization.

What you’ll be doing / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Equity Edge database and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Prepare and process stock options, restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plan on a timely basis for equity holders.
  • Prepare and distribute option grants electronically.
  • Partner with payroll team on all equity reporting requirements.
  • Generate reports from Equity Edge database, including but not limited to participants’ summary.
  • Assist in answering employee questions on equity.
  • Ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

More about you / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company.
  • Must have experience with stock options and RSUs.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details required.
  • Strong organization skills, good work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
