In the role of Senior Software Development Engineer in Test in the Cloud Engineering CI/CD team, you will be working on testing automation and developing tools and frameworks that our QA and Engineering partners across the organization can leverage to write and execute tests in our Continous Integration system efficiently.

Prior experience with test automation, testing frameworks, working with Jenkins, delivering platforms at scale, and operational excellence to commercial enterprise customers is preferred. What you'll be doing:  

  • Work on a complex build system that must communicate with AWS/GCP in a Kubernetes environment that's highly scalable. 

  • Identify SDLC strengths and weaknesses to develop a test strategy through each step of the process.

  • Working with development teams to identify and implement automation opportunities to ensure quality releases of our platform services.

  • Facilitate test automation meetings, escalating issues/concerns to the project management team, test leads, or managers as required.

  • Build multi-system test environments and automated test suites with JAVA, Selenium, Cucumber, Puppeteer, and similar technologies via the CI system.

  • Excellent knowledge of SDET/QA methodology & software development processes.

  • Experience interacting with REST API for test reporting
