As a member of the Product department’s Recordkeeping team, you will be responsible for scaling the recordkeeping portion of our end-to-end retirement management platform. What is recordkeeping? It’s a critical piece of every 401(k) responsible for maintaining an accurate accounting of plan assets, tracking and recording cashflows in and out of the plan, and executing plan trades on behalf of customers. What You Get To Do Every Day:

  • Lead an experienced Product Development team in building a revolutionary end-to-end retirement management platform, with specific focus on backend accounting systems and interfacing to trading platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and own projects that will scale our platform and servicing through creative solutions (we’re on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits - we think of scale in BIG terms).
  • Develop and own a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and delivers against ambitious goals.
  • Deeply understand the problems that you're tackling through research and regular interaction with customers and our operations teams; define and frame those problems for the team.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders from our sales, marketing, services and engineering teams.
  • Drive execution for your roadmap from inception to launch and iteration, clarifying scope, removing blockers, and anticipating risk via frequent, clear communication with our engineering, services and management teams.
  • Manage the sprint process for your team - prioritize work, run daily stand ups and ensure that your team remains focused on the most impactful projects.
  • Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures. Have a game plan to continuously measure and improve on these metrics.
  • Regularly communicate project status, scope changes and other developments to management.
  • Continually find ways to make our development process more efficient so we can deliver high-quality features to internal stakeholders and our customers more quickly.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • 5+ years experience as a B2B product manager. Experience in complex, regulated industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree. Technical background preferred but not a requirement.
  • Experience building and delivering successful products.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and making process improvements that increase speed and quality of feature delivery.
