About you:
You care deeply about improving patient and clinician experience within the healthcare space. The end user (internal and external) is always your first priority, and you strive to understand their day-to-day pain points through data and research. You know enough about the technical side of data integration to be dangerous, and can articulate technical ideas at the right level depending on audience. You love diverse teams, and when challenging problems present themselves, you use your leadership and critical thinking skills to help the team reach a decision. You know how to balance getting stuff done with assessing risk of the unknown. Making difficult tradeoffs is your forte, and you are able to communicate your rationale so the rest of the team is aligned. You are respected and can take charge, but everyone feels comfortable challenging you or coming to you with new ideas.
