Our goal is to be the leading provider of ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients at risk for arrhythmias. iRhythm’s continuous ambulatory monitoring has already put over 3 million patients and their doctors on a shorter path to what they both need – answers.

Senior Product Manager, EHR Integration

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our EHR Integration service.  In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of the service offering of integrating the Zio System with various provider electronic health record systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner, Allscripts). You will be working closely with the software development and EHR teams to build a scalable technology and process that will support and elevate the growth of the company at large. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to spearhead EHR integration market expansion, internal process improvement, and commercialization.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points.
  • Inspire and lead product vision, communicating to the executive team and across the business.
  • Develop product roadmap and communicate with cross functional team.
  • Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experience through iteration.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.

About you:

You care deeply about improving patient and clinician experience within the healthcare space. The end user (internal and external) is always your first priority, and you strive to understand their day-to-day pain points through data and research. You know enough about the technical side of data integration to be dangerous, and can articulate technical ideas at the right level depending on audience. You love diverse teams, and when challenging problems present themselves, you use your leadership and critical thinking skills to help the team reach a decision. You know how to balance getting stuff done with assessing risk of the unknown. Making difficult tradeoffs is your forte, and you are able to communicate your rationale so the rest of the team is aligned. You are respected and can take charge, but everyone feels comfortable challenging you or coming to you with new ideas.

Required Qualifications
