The Senior Product Manager will lead our customer engagement and retention initiatives that build an effective, seamless, and engaging experience for our clients and freelancers. These could include but are not limited to driving innovations around helping customers select the right engagement types, driving efficiencies in the offer process, building trust and value, and enabling continuous engagement.
