Associate Director of Product Management E-commerce at Thirdlove

ThirdLove is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Product Management E-commerce to own and manage all aspects of our eCommerce & technology roadmap, working closely with our internal tech team as well as managing third-party tools and relationships. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset and a drive for optimization to a role that contributes directly to ThirdLove’s success, through analyzing and addressing customer friction points, developing best-in class tools, and partnering with 3rd party partners to optimize results. This role requires a highly collaborative hands-on individual to partner with various stakeholders to ensure a focused, engaging customer experience at every digital touchpoint. You’ll develop a team of PMs, UI/UX designers and QAs and have responsibility for managing vendor relationships, budgeting, road mapping and product vision. The Associate Director of Product Management E-commerce will report to the VP of Strategy & Operations.

THE JOB

• Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, the brand, and the ThirdLove shopping experience
• Analyze eCommerce KPI’s and other site data (fallout/funnel reports, onsite feedback, session replays etc.) to identify, size and prioritize areas for improvement. Develop regular reporting as needed.
• Build, maintain, and document all products and services used in the website experience, and recommend new features or enhancements based on site metrics analysis, customer feedback, and/or knowledge of industry best practices and innovations.
• Produce clear and concise product roadmap(s) and requirement specifications
• Define, monitor and measure success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion, together with analytics and data science teams
• Help manage internal and external engineering resources to ensure on-time completion of projects
• Drive results through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, data science, and brand teams
• Partner with internal stakeholders to scope and implement tools and processes for greater organizational efficiency internally.
• Own product trade-off decisions for scope, schedule, and cost
• Lead Agile product development, including backlog grooming and prioritization
• Ensure sufficient QA is completed on all eCommerce development work

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology
• A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
• Experienced in establishing, managing, and leading product roadmaps
• Hands-on experience with an agile development process and Scrum
• Adept at managing external vendors
• Ability to balance strategic and detailed thinking
• Ability to communicate with team members representing a wide range of personalities and skills
