Job description

Aktana is seeking a talented Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. We are looking for someone to own and drive our multi channel campaigns and who thrives in a fast-paced challenging environment. We want this person to take ownership of the role and who isn’t afraid to take risks. 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences – design campaigns accordingly
  • Assisting in content development to target customers in the buying lifecycle
  • Collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identifying new tactics and programs to drive sales pipeline
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from leadership 
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership

Requirements

  • Expert in Marketo and proficient in Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience with a record of running successful demand generation and digital marketing campaigns
