The Role

The Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for equipping our sales and customer success teams with the knowledge and resources they need to be effective. In this role, you will drive the content and productivity systems for teams that are growing rapidly, globally.  You’ll have a huge impact on our ability to deliver value to our prospects and customers.  

What you’ll get to do:

  • Refine and manage role-specific onboarding curricula
  • Skill Training & Coaching. Enable Udacity’s Enterprise AEs to consistently articulate our value to customers. Examples: Reinforcing our sales methodology and supporting a manager-led coaching program, as well as driving programmatic efforts to improve our story-telling capabilities
  • Product Readiness. Equip our EAEs to understand and position the value and capabilities of new product releases and how they connect to the buyer journey. Examples: Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to create online and offline training and enablement content
  • Competitive Readiness. Work with Product Marketing to enable reps to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors. Examples: Refining battle cards and other competitive job aids
  • Outreach Excellence. Ensure reps are demonstrating excellence with how they actually use Outreach. Examples: Creating and managing Outreach content for Outreach reps, and promoting/monitoring internal best practices for various roles

Who you are:

  • You’ve worked for SaaS companies for at least two years
  • Expert level training and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtually)
  • You are able to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
  • You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect the dots and work across internal teams
  • You’re a data geek who enjoys analyzing outcomes, and puts data and insights at the center of decision-making
  • You’re comfortable in rapidly changing environments
