You’ll be sourcing and recruiting the world’s best whoever and wherever they might be. We’re looking for someone who has experience and passion in recruiting, building programs, and pipelines centered around diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the first hire on this new team you will help develop both tech and non-tech recruiting structures across Roku, focusing on widening the net to underserved and underrepresented talent, creating an equitable recruiting process for all candidates. This role will reside under Talent Acquisitions but partner closely with the Inclusion Strategy team.
