Executive Recruiter

At Anaplan, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join the Anaplan Talent Acquisition organization.

The successful candidate will recruit for a broad range of senior leadership roles, placing top quality candidates in our global offices while partnering as a member of a high-performing talent acquisition team. In this role you will work closely with senior leaders across the company to drive hiring success for key executive and leadership roles. You will ensure that candidates have an exceptional candidate experience while applying your skills and experience to meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business. As a trusted partner to senior executives, you will help strategize to solve complex recruitment challenges while insuring that Anaplan hires outstanding diverse executive-level talent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide first-class Executive Recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process and on overall hiring strategy.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to cultivate top candidates across assigned searches.
  • Own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Leverage industry best practices, monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for leadership recruiting at Anaplan.
  • Ensure data accuracy in our systems and for assigned searches. Track, analyze, and report on your results to determine the effectiveness of your recruiting activities.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors as needed.
  • Undertake referencing for senior level candidates.
  • Partner closely with HR teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved.


More about you:

  • Demonstrable experience as a high-performing senior-level “in-house” Executive Recruiter within a comparable global high-growth technology company.
  • Significant experience and the proven ability to deliver senior leadership hires in line with the demands or a fast-growing technology company. Experience in a top Executive Search firm is preferred.
  • Strong track record of executive-level placements including through direct sourcing strategies and leveraging referral networks.
  • Exceptional skills and experience partnering with C-level executives to develop hiring strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage leadership searches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
  • Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced environment to deliver against company hiring goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence; able to partner effectively with senior executives and leadership candidates both externally and internally.
  • Able to work efficiently and with a high degree of independence when under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
