About this Role:

We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to drive our lead growth and related marketing efforts. Reporting to our Executive Vice President of Marketing, you will define end-to-end solutions to acquire and engage customers. You’re a great fit for this role if you are an expert in a range of marketing tactics and technologies and are creative in analyzing data to generate value.

You will take a hands on approach and own all aspects of demand generation marketing, working closely with members of the wider marketing and sales teams. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment and make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiate an ABM program that delivers results measured in leads, MQLs, and SQLs
  • Own metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through comprehensive internal reporting and showcasing of results.
  • Collaborate with the growth team, among others, to rapidly experiment across the acquisition funnel, share learnings, and build on those learnings for cumulative gains.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to maximize lead capture across webinars, events, content marketing, partner marketing and product launches.
  • Penetrate our target accounts and industry segments with the right mix of targeted marketing and ABM programs in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Commercial Operations teams to establish internal processes and rapidly iterate to optimize conversion.
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness.         

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in demand generation marketing with demonstrated career progression
  • History of designing and building high performing teams
  • Deep technical expertise in martech, CRM, lead generation, lead scoring, and account based marketing
  • History of working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operational teams to achieve accomplishments
  • Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipeline through innovative campaigns and programs to scale company growth
  • Experience with A/B testing and tools
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital advertising experience
  • Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience marketing in healthcare industry
