About this role:

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor in our San Francisco office (Post-COVID - all associates are currently remote), who will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.  This role requires a highly motivated individual that can multi-task in an ever-changing environment. Our ideal candidate will be results-oriented in a fast paced, yet collaborative environment and possess strong drive to meet/exceed goals in supporting day-to-day payable functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise 4-6 Accounts Payable Associates on a daily basis.
  • Assist in monitoring workload, train and evaluate staff to ensure high accuracy of coding transactions, maintain low backlog of unprocessed transactions.
  • Oversight of Concur, and act as the Concur Administrator.
  • Day-to-day support of executing accounts payable cycle including but not limited to: our vendor database, template updates, processing of vendor invoices and review of weekly check runs.
  • Problem solve issues and liaison with business partners to ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with the coordination and gathering of documents to support auditors requests.
  • Help to redesign and transform accounts payable processes that scale with future growth.
  • Help to establish and monitor performance and reporting metrics (KPI) for the accounts payable cycle.
  • Provide support to staff handling the travel and expense (T&E) helpdesk activities.
  • Handle various other accounts payable duties as requested.
  • Ensures adherence to policies, guidelines, and internal controls.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with 2+ years of people management experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLookUps, Talbles, Graphs). Ability to multi-task within multiple systems required.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable module of an ERP system; QAD preferred.
  • Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment required.
  • Familiarity with travel & expense management and Concur.
  • Experience in a hyper growth accounts payable environment desired.
  • Exposure/Experience with software implementations (from manual processes) desired.
  • Exposure to preparing and sending 1099 forms preferred.
  • Value business partnerships with proven experience in driving problems to a resolution.
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on policies and procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written skills
