About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our R&D team based in Prague. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that elevate the user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and QA team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements and deliver exceptional user-centric solutions.
Your tasks will include:
- User interface design and support for multiple desktop and web-based products
- Iconography and icons library creation
- Design system management
- Being in the creation of UX Concepts and making UX/UI related decisions
- Collaboration with other members in multiple teams, such as Designers, Product Managers, QA, Developers
What we expect from you:
- Strong graphical design skills and experience with Figma, Adobe Xd and Illustrator
- Experience with developing product UX and UI
- Experience with vector graphics
- Understanding of usability principles and atomic design
- Ability to solve complex technical and design challenges
- Hands-on experience with design systems and UI Mockups for developers
- Attention to detail, deadlines and product management comments
- Experience with WCAG
- Be a team player. Be able to give & receive constructive feedback. Be able to convey your point of view
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design works
- Sufficient interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design
