Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience, with a primary focus on NodeJS.
• Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align on project goals.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and testing methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.

• Deliver scalable and reliable software solutions in line with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Oversee project timelines and communicate risks or blockers proactively.
• Uphold high standards of code quality, system performance, and security.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with modern back-end technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by B2B SaaS, including scalability, multi-tenancy, and integration with various enterprise systems.
• Experience in a multi-cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
• Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
