Finance Intern (Summer 2024) - GHOST

Ghost is a private, b2b marketplace that helps scale distribution for the best brands in the world. We’re looking for an associate who loves solving complex problems. As our first finance associate, you will help build our strategy and ensure we are making efficient, data-driven decisions. You will partner with teams across the business to support financial decisions by evaluating effectiveness and developing creative ways to grow. You will be integral in driving reporting as well as developing and monitoring critical business metrics.

Must be local to Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Available to start in the summer and work a minimum 20 hours in office per week.
• Seeking undergraduate or graduate students in their 3rd or 4th year, specializing in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in a startup environment for a previous internship would be highly preferred. 
• Proficient in Excel, Gmail, and other business-focused software.
• Has a passion for learning and problem solving.
• Comfortable asking probing questions and displaying persistence in task completion.

Our total compensation for this position can range from $15/hr - 25/hr. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
