Senior Design for Test Architect (title based on experience)
Location
Fully remote from anywhere in Canada.
As a Senior DFT Architect, you will be responsible for all aspects of DFT including requirements, architecture, insertion, analysis, timing constraints, coverage, bring-up, and RDMA root cause. You will drive solutions that meet stringent automotive test coverage targets, quality, functional safety, and debug capabilities.
Key Qualifications
- BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 15+ years of DFT experience
- Proven track record with the development of complex SoCs
- Strong understanding of design-for-test fundamentals and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog and simulation tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team
Additional Success Factors
Experience in any of the following areas:
- Mixed signal designs
- Burn-in HTOL
- Hierarchical DFT
- Scripting

- Excellent communication/documentation skills.
